Scope of Coverage

Support under this Agreement covers the official VELOX core modules under the open-source license. This includes bug fixing, security patching, and compatibility maintenance for the modules distributed through the official VELOX repository.

Custom Code AddOn

“Custom Code” refers to client-specific modifications, integrations, or new modules that are not part of the VELOX standard distribution.

Coverage:

• Security patching for Custom Code is not included unless the client purchases a Custom Code Maintenance Add-On or explicitly delegates code ownership to Sly AG.
• Bug-fix assistance for Custom Code is provided only within the Included Hours of the active support tier.
