You will be working closely with the management to establish document management with ELO as our new field of business. Furthermore, you will be working directly with our clients as a consultant to help them get the maximum out of the system and to digitize their processes. (60-100%)

Job Description
  • Consult the clients in the best use of ELO as a document management system
  • Perform requirements engineering with the clients to understand and document their needs
  • Write specifications and offers based on the requirements you established
  • Configure ELO systems to the clients needs as far as possible, otherwise document and delegate
  • Work together with our developers and engineers to deliver the best solution for the clients
  • Bring inputs and feedback, how we can develop ELO as our new field of business
  • If possible, consult the clients on records management and digitizing of their processes
  • Be the main contact for our clients
  • Act as the key trouble-shooter in complex/escalated incidents
  • Project management for customer projects and internal projects (create project-plans and ensure a timely delivery, coordinate with stakeholders)
  • Collaborate and support the team on technical implementation
  • Demonstrate capability to effectively assimilate new skills and use of new technologies
  • Testing, documenting and rollout of new software releases
  • Be accountable to deliver the task to the agreed standards
Knowledge
  • Knowledge about document management is mandatory
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role or working with a document management system is required
  • Experience in working with the software "ELO" is a huge plus
  • Knowledge about records management is a big plus
  • Experience in project management is a big plus
  • e-commerce knowledge is nice-to-have
  • Knowledge of agile practices is nice-to-have

  • Strong self-management and self-organisational skills
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • Strong Business Analyst skills
  • Good logical and interpersonal skills
  • Strong and innovative approach to problem solving and finding solutions
  • Strong ownership and persistent attitude to tasks
  • Experience working in Agile Environments and Scrum Teams are a plus
  • Project Management skills are a plus
ADDITIONAL Requirements

Language requirements

  • English: Business Level (B2)
  • German: Proficient Level (C1)

Workpermit for Switzerland or for EU-27/EFTA required.
